Valerie Tsai joined GNYHA’s Government Affairs, Communications, and Public Policy Department in 2019. Ms. Tsai supports member hospital community and public health projects. She earned an MPH in Health Promotion Research and Practice from Columbia University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Oregon. Ms. Tsai previously worked as a Psychometrician at a clinical neuropsychology practice.
