Scott Gaffney joined GNYHA’s Health Economics, Finance, and Outcomes Research Department in 2014. Mr. Gaffney is responsible for performing data analysis for the New York–Reducing Avoidable Hospitalizations (NY–RAH) project. He also designs reports based on the resulting data for the NY–RAH project. He earned a BS in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
