Samia McEachin joined GNYHA’s Legal, Regulatory, and Professional Affairs team in 2019. Her responsibilities include providing support and guidance to members in the areas of emergency preparedness and employee wellness. Ms. McEachin has a background in public health and has worked with emergency management agencies at both the state and local levels. Prior to joining GNYHA, she worked with New York City Emergency Management as their health and medical intern, where she contributed to preparedness and response efforts pertinent to the health care sector. Ms. McEachin earned her BS in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia.
