Rebecca Ryan joined GNYHA’s Health Economics, Finance, and Outcomes Research Department in 2014. Ms. Ryan is responsible for analyzing macroeconomic trends and reimbursement issues impacting GNYHA member hospitals. Before joining GNYHA, she worked as a policy analyst for the Federal Office of Management and Budget. Ms. Ryan earned a BA in Public Policy from Hamilton College and an MPP from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy.
