Jordan Messner joined GNYHA’s Health Economics, Finance, and Outcomes Research team in 2016. Ms. Messner is responsible for conducting analyses on a variety of Federal and State health finance issues affecting GNYHA member hospitals. Prior to joining GNYHA, Ms. Messner earned an MPP from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy, where she also served as a graduate research intern at the Georgetown University Health Policy Institute. She also earned a BA in public policy from the University of Michigan.
