Jenna Mandel-Ricci joined GNYHA in 2014. Ms. Mandel-Ricci supports member hospitals in two key areas—emergency preparedness and the development and implementation of internal employee wellness programs. Before joining GNYHA, she held various positions at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, including managing the Bureau of Healthcare Systems Readiness within the Office of Emergency Preparedness and Response, and spent five years as the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Tobacco Control. Ms. Mandel-Ricci holds an MPH from Hunter College, an MPA from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, and a BA from Northwestern University.
