David Rosenfeld joined GNYHA’s Information Technology Department in 1992. Mr. Rosenfeld is responsible for all technology-related operations at GNYHA and its subsidiaries. He is also the head of GNYHA’s internal Business Continuity Planning operations. Mr. Rosenfeld earned a BS from Mercy College.
