Andrew Title joined GNYHA in 2013. Mr. Title lobbies elected officials in Albany and New York City on issues affecting GNYHA member hospitals. Before joining GNYHA, Mr. Title worked as a magazine editor, legislative assistant, and English teacher. He earned a BA in International Relations from Tufts University and an MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago.
