The City Council Hospitals and Health committees have rescheduled the “Health Access in New York City, and the Roll Out of NYC Care” joint hearing to October 31 at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will examine legislation to establish a health access program and a resolution in support of a GNYHA-supported bill in Albany to expand Essential Plan eligibility to undocumented immigrants. (GNYHA will submit a written statement in support of this resolution.)
